Title: Payout Option in Naira for Receipt of Proceeds of Diaspora Remittances

Summary: Financial institutions are requested to offer Naira as a payout option for recipients of diaspora remittances, in addition to USD and eNaira. International Money Transfer Operators must pay out the proceeds using the Investors' & Exporters Window rate on the day of the transaction, and this regulation is effective immediately.
